CEMENT-WOOD BOARDS 12 MM

Among our construction materials for prefabricated houses we have cement plates with wood particles. They are monolithic slabs with a density of 1250-1,400kg / m3, and 12mm thick with a smooth and hard surface.

Environment

Cement-wood is an environmentally friendly material. It does not contain phenol, formaldehyde or other toxic compounds. The main chemical binder is cement.
The plates are made by pressing a molded mixture of softwood particles, Portland cement, minerals, and water.
The cement-wood guarantees a strict quality control in accordance with the European standard EN 634-2.

Fire Prevention

In case of fire it does not form a smoke screen, it does not emit toxic gases or vapors.
Its behavior to fire is excellent. In fact, it is used to improve the reaction and resistance to fire of other wooden elements, such as fire resistant doors. Its Euroclass values for reaction to fire are standardized without the need for testing and are as follows: B-s1, d0 (excluding soils) and BFL-s1 (for soil class).
The composition of the boards in reference to the total mass of the volume is as follows:
Cement-wood is a solid monolithic material.

Moisture resistant

Cement-wood is the most widely used construction material for prefabricated houses as cladding with a wooden structure in low-rise homes. The panels not only give the wooden frame extra rigidity, but also serve as protection against the elements. Enclosures with a cement-wood board lining, due to their smooth surface, do not require additional processing. This is because it has a significant advantage for water absorption compared to other cladding building materials.

Confidence

On the other hand, Cement-wood is, mainly, one of the construction materials that give the structural rigidity to the carcass. The manufacturing process of the cement particle boards is based on four layers: – The outer layers, with smaller particles, increase the hardness and protect better against humidity. – The inner ones, with larger chips, improve flexural strength. All layers adhere under high pressure. Another feature should be noted – the possibility of applying this material in the design of buildings in earthquake-prone areas and in high-rise buildings.

Biostability

The cement-wood boards resist fungi, wood-eating insects and rodents. It is important to note that biological stability is achieved thanks to the antiseptic capacity of these building materials, especially on the surface. This antiseptic is formed in the same mass, in the process of transforming cement into concrete, as a by-product of this process, calcium hydroxide, creates a strongly alkaline medium, which prevents the development of fungi and mold.

PLASTER-WOOD PANELS 12MM

Moisture-resistant plasterboard-wood is a modern, high-quality and high-tech material especially suitable for interior decoration. These panels clearly differ from typical plasterboard panels due to their undeniable advantages. Its hardness and, at the same time, ease of use, its high performance, its fire safety and fire resistance, its respect for the environment and its biological stability, etc. All this allows us to affirm that plasterboard-wood is the best solution for interior cladding. Its production technology excludes adhesives and synthetic resins, so it is considered a product with a high degree of respect for human and environmental health and safety. All these characteristics of drywall-wood are achieved by combining the best characteristics of plaster and wood. The composition of the plates, consisting of plaster reinforced with wood chips evenly over the entire volume, is pressed in a semi-dry method. In this way, a smooth and compact exterior surface is obtained. Gypsum-wood panels also have a high level of soundproofing and low thermal conductivity. The surface of building materials is perfectly smooth and even. The combination of these qualities makes these panels the best option for interior decoration and structures. They can be used for walls, floors, ceilings, as well as for the installation of interior partitions. These panels are also used for wall leveling, window frame installation, and roof slopes. The plaster-wood, has a high level of resistance to water and can be used in environments with high humidity (the kitchen and bathrooms).
The percentage composition of the panel is as follows:

Advantage

– High resistance characteristics.
– Environmental safety that allows the use of these construction materials in schools, kindergartens, hospitals, clinics.
– Fire safety. Plasterboard-wood does not burn and does not emit harmful substances when heated.
– Ease and speed of installation. To work with this material, no special skills or knowledge are required, just a little experience in painting and decoration.
– Its resistance to humidity. It does not deform or deteriorate even with high levels of ambient humidity.
-Biostability. Plates do not decompose, and are immune to fungus and mold.

Technical characteristics

– Density: 1250kg / m3.
Flexural strength: 8MPa.
– Thermal conductivity: 0.2-0.25W / m · C.
– Swelling for 2 hours: less than 2.0% for the standard plate and not more than 0.2% for the moisture resistant plate.
– Water absorption 2 hours: not more than 30% of the standard plate and not more than 10% for the waterproof plates.
– Humidity: no more than 2% of the total weight.

Biostability

Gypsum-wood boards resist fungi, wood-eating insects and rodents. Biological stability is achieved thanks to the antiseptic capacity of the material, especially on surfaces.

ROCK WOOL PAROC UNS 37Z

PAROC UNS 37z is a thermally insulating and sound absorbing material. It is a material made in the form of plates. Basalt wool and phenolic binder are used for its production.
The composition of PAROC UNS 37z contains organic components in a proportion of 2 to 4% by weight.

Basic properties and characteristics

– One of the characteristic features of PAROC UNS 37z panel is the great porosity of the material, which provides it with high thermal insulation properties and permeability to water vapor. This plate density is high enough to be a suitable barrier to convection heat transfer and excellent protection against heat loss in all weather conditions;
– Among the operational characteristics of PAROC UNS 37z, emphasis should be placed on its elasticity and ability to retain the shape of the plate continuously over time, both horizontally and vertically. In addition, the PAROC UNS 37z plates have no settlement, do not shrink and are easy to handle;
– PAROC UNS 37z sheets are considered as non-flammable insulation building materials that can be used in a temperature range from -65 to 200 C. (Euroclass A1). Although it supports temperatures of up to 750 C, at these temperatures binders can evaporate and the plates lose their elasticity, while maintaining thermal insulation and sound absorption properties;
– The PAROC UNS 37z plates do not corrode and are resistant to the microflora of fungi and mold. Their lifespan is more than 70 years and they can be reused repeatedly.

DECKER 135 SUPER DIFFUSER MEMBRANE

Diffusive roof membrane with a three-layer design and a weight of approximately 135 gr / m2. It has a high permeability to water vapor and a great durability. UV resistant. It is an original product manufactured in molecular union of the layers by ultrasound. Ultrasonic technology makes it possible to achieve high membrane resistance while maintaining high diffusion properties.
– Density: ca. 135g / m².
– Thickness: ca.0,65mm.
– Vapor permeability: 3200g / m² / 24h.
– SD value: ca. 0.03m.
– UV resistance: 6-10 weeks.
– Water tightness: W1.
– Roll size: 1,5m x 50mb = 75m².

DECKER REFLEXX ACTIVE VAPOR BARRIER

DECKER Reflexx active four-layer vapor barrier with a reflective layer of aluminum. It is an original product manufactured in molecular union of the layers by ultrasound. This membrane makes it possible to actively adjust vapor permeability, dry thermal insulation and wooden structures.
– Density: ca. 80g / m².
– Thickness: ca.0,40mm.
– Vapor permeability: _ / 1.5 g / m² / 24h.
– Reflection: ca. 86% (ASTM C 1371).
– SD value: ca. 6.0m.
– Water tightness: W1.
– Roll size: 1.5m x 50mb = 75 m².

OSB-3 10MM ORIENTED FIBER BOARD

OSB-3 boards are made up of multi-layer panels made up of large glued wood chips.
The wood fragments have different orientations in each layer, (on the outside longitudinal and transverse towards the inside), giving the panels a great bidirectional resistance.
The OSB-3 boards are used in the bracing of the load-bearing structures. They withstand high humidity conditions.

Fire Prevention

– Highly contrasted properties.
– High physical and mechanical resistance.
– OSB-3 has a resistance to humidity 2.5 times higher than chipboard.
– Resistance to humidity: construction materials are not destroyed and retain their strength and characteristics, even when immersed in water for 1 day (swelling ratio – 10%).
– High stability of manufacturing quality.
– Under weight.
– OSB panels are not subject to insect damage.

STRUCTURAL WOOD RESISTANT CLASS C24

Wood used in the production of prefabricated structures, calibrated and dried, with a moisture content between 12 and 16%.
All wood is of strength class C18 / C24, as appropriate to the calculations.
All anchors are made with MiTek platelets based on the requirements of MiTek certified software.
