TECHNOLOGY FOR PREFABRICATED HOUSES
Zelis Modularis prefabricated house technology enables the construction of energy efficient building structures. These are houses adapted to modern society, which necessarily involves the assembly of buildings with prefabricated elements. This construction system offers a high speed of execution (from 3 to 5 days). Modern and quality materials and highly qualified human resources are used for the production of the elements of the house. This will save the homeowner a significant amount of money on heating, cooling and the costs associated with normal operation. For us, designing an energy efficient home involves creating and implementing advanced design and engineering solutions. This will have an effect on a real reduction in the energy costs of the house and will simplify the assembly phase as much as possible.
CONSTRUCTION OF PREFABRICATED HOUSES
Our prefabricated house technology is one of the most promising in the construction of single family homes. The system has become the main low-rise building system in many developed countries: USA, Canada, Japan, Scandinavia, Finland, Germany and many others. The resistance and security of our system allows the construction of buildings up to 5 heights, hotels, nurseries, etc. In most countries, in order to comply with the current energy regulations applied to housing, the panel system is implemented, the best in terms of energy efficiency, price, quality, construction conditions and duration of life. Each of the components (walls, partitions, floors, ceiling panels and other elements) is assembled in the factory according to the definition of the plans provided by the client or the architect, minimizing waste on site.
STRUCTURE OF OUR PREFABRICATED HOUSES
The walls of the houses have a layered composition. Thanks to our technology for prefabricated houses, the structure is made of planed wood that has undergone a technical drying process. The humidity level is maintained at 12-16%. In addition, the interstices are filled with non-combustible rock wool insulation. The applied insulation does not shrink and does not lose its properties during the period of operation. Sufficient insulation density prevents convection, so thermal resistance is maintained even in very cold winters. The structure is covered on the outside with a diffusion membrane which, thanks to its unique properties, ensures the diffusion of vapor, but at the same time, prevents the passage of water inside. The wall is then covered with 12 mm thick cement-wood planks. This type of panel is environmentally friendly and does not contain phenol, formaldehyde or other toxic compounds. The main chemical binder is cement. The plates are made by pressing a molded mixture of softwood, Portland cement, minerals and water. These plates not only give additional strength to the wooden structure, but also serve as protection against the elements. At the customer’s request, an insulating layer can be fitted for the finish in acrylic mortar – brand of the non-flammable sheet PAROC Linio 20, with a thickness of 50 mm. On the interior side of the frame, the vapor barrier is installed which serves to protect the insulation, the wooden frame and the other layers, from humidity and condensation that could form due to the difference in weather conditions. temperature, inside and outside the house.
