The walls of the houses have a layered composition. Thanks to our technology for prefabricated houses, the structure is made of planed wood that has undergone a technical drying process. The humidity level is maintained at 12-16%. In addition, the interstices are filled with non-combustible rock wool insulation. The applied insulation does not shrink and does not lose its properties during the period of operation. Sufficient insulation density prevents convection, so thermal resistance is maintained even in very cold winters. The structure is covered on the outside with a diffusion membrane which, thanks to its unique properties, ensures the diffusion of vapor, but at the same time, prevents the passage of water inside. The wall is then covered with 12 mm thick cement-wood planks. This type of panel is environmentally friendly and does not contain phenol, formaldehyde or other toxic compounds. The main chemical binder is cement. The plates are made by pressing a molded mixture of softwood, Portland cement, minerals and water. These plates not only give additional strength to the wooden structure, but also serve as protection against the elements. At the customer’s request, an insulating layer can be fitted for the finish in acrylic mortar – brand of the non-flammable sheet PAROC Linio 20, with a thickness of 50 mm. On the interior side of the frame, the vapor barrier is installed which serves to protect the insulation, the wooden frame and the other layers, from humidity and condensation that could form due to the difference in weather conditions. temperature, inside and outside the house.
